Edenvale Recruitment are currently looking for a Senior Medical Recruitment Consultant to join a growing and friendly team based in the Hertfordshire office. All candidates must have previous medical Recruitment experience dealing with Doctors - This is essential

Applicants will be assessed on their communication skills, personality and desire to hit financial targets. Please see below for all key details about the role:

Salary / Commission / Bonuses:

• £30,000.00 to £40,000.00 Basic (Depending on experience)

• Competitive commission structure.

• Uncapped commission, paid monthly, based on financial performance targets being hit.

• Sliding scale commission structure

Working Hours

• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30

Duties of the role:

• Communicating with Doctors

• Post job adverts and respond to applicants.

• Successfully identify suitable candidates for temporary placements through searches on our existing candidate database / job boards / Referrals

• Complete the registration procedure for new candidates and follow our candidate compliance rules.

• Communicate with our existing client base and ensure that our customer service is of the highest standard.

• Negotiate pay rates with our candidates.

• Administrative duties including form filing, excel work, timesheet checking and data storing.

• Dealing with enquiries via telephone and email.

• Communicate with our existing client base to match up vacancies to candidates

• Communicate with new prospective clients, attempting to win the opportunity to provide our services to them.

• Attend and eventually lead your own client meetings.

Desired Skill Set:

• Previous experience of Doctor Medical Recruitment.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Exceptional negotiation ability.

• Highly organised.

• Keen eye for detail.

• Ability to manage and communicate with highly educated individuals.

• Exceptional telephone manor.

• Strong computer skills including but not limited to, Microsoft office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Adobe.
