Role: Senior Care Assistant

Location: St Neots, Cambridgeshire

Hours: 37 per week. Mixture of 6 and 12 hour shifts

Pay: £12.75ph

Edenvale Recruitment are currently looking for a Senior Care Assistant to join our clients team at their friendly, quaint residential setting in St Neots, Cambridgeshire.

Duties to include but not limited to:

• Contributing to leadership and development of staff.

• Administering medications.

• Leading shifts.

• Supporting the management team to ensure the best standards of care are being provided at all times.

  
  

We are looking for a Senior Carer with:

• A compassionate and empathetic personality.

• Experience of providing leadership in a residential care home setting.

• Experience of working with elderly clients.

• Currently hold, or willing to undertake, and NVQ L3 in Health and Social Care.

• Full RTW in the UK, we are currently unable to offer sponsorships.
