Role: Nursery Manager

Location: Barnet

Hours: 38 hours per week

Pay: £37,500-£45,000 per annum

Edenvale Recruitment are currently looking for Nursery Manager to join our client’s team in Barnet.

As Manager you will:

• Have experience in managing a nursery setting and Ofsted Inspections.

• Inspire the team and lead by example.

• Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments and resources to children that are appropriate to their age and stage of development.

• Enhance the all-around daily needs of children, including their physical, intellectual, social and emotional development.

• Assist with embedding an effective key person approach to enable children to form secure attachments.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of every child, staff, parent and visitor always.

• Understand and ensure that the requirements of statutory framework for the EYFS are met.

You will also obtain a Level 3 Early Years qualification or above, as well as having 6 years of experience in a Nursery.
