Role: Compliance Manager
Location: Watford
Salary: £35k to £40k
We at Edenvale Recruitment are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to join our clients friendly and collaborative team on a permanent basis.
Duties to include but not limited to:
Support the Operations Manager in all aspects of regulatory compliance, registration, and inspection processes.
Sustain continuous improvement initiatives by analysing quality data and trends.
Implement effective systems and practices.
Provide advice to operational teams, ensuring adherence to the Health and Social Care Act and relevant regulations.
Actively track and report on quality data, ensuring that lessons learned from inspections and audits are implemented promptly.
Build and maintain positive relationships with regulators, commissioners, and other external stakeholders to promote best practices and enhance our reputation
We are looking for a Compliance Manager with:
Professional qualification in Health and Social Care (e.g., qualified Nurse, Social Worker) or Level 5 QCF Diploma in Adult Care (leadership and management).
Minimum of 3 years in a health and social care setting, preferably in a Quality/Compliance role.
Extensive knowledge of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and associated regulations.
Proven experience with CQC.
Strong understanding of risk management and quality assurance systems.
Experience in conducting audits and compliance inspections.
Ability to develop and implement quality improvement plans.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience in training and supporting teams to enhance compliance knowledge.
