Role: Home Manager - Nursing

Location: Great Yarmouth, Norfolk

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £60kpa DOE plus bonuses

We at Edenvale Recruitment are looking for and experienced and dedicated individual to join our clients team in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk.

Duties to include but not limited to:

• Provide the best quality of care to your clients, through great leadership of your team and running the home in a compassionate and people-centered way.

• Ensure that the home meets all regulatory requirements, including those set by the CQC.

• Create and implement different strategies to attract new clients to the home to reach full occupancy, whilst maintaining excellent standards of care.

• Monitor the homes performance, and implement redial action as and when needed to consistently improve.

  
  

We are looking for a Home Manager with:

• Previous experience of successfully running a residential/ nursing home.

• Experience of creating commercial success within the private care sector.

• The ability to build and maintain relationships with your team, residents, their families and other healthcare professionals.

• Strong working knowledge of CQC standards and understand what it takes to reach an 'Outstanding' rating.

• NMC Pin (desirable)
