Role: Deputy Home Manager

Location: Lowestoft, Suffolk

Salary: £55,000 per year

Contract: Full-time permanent

We at Edenvale Recruitment are looking for an experienced and dedicated Deputy Manager to join our clients beautiful Nursing home setting in Lowestoft, Suffolk.

Duties to Include but not limited to:

• Assist in ensuring the highest quality, person-centred care is provided at all times.

• Assist the Home Manager in all aspects of staff training and supervision.

• Work with third party professionals, residents and their families to provide individualised care plans.

• Help with pre-admission assessments.

• 
  

We are looking for a Deputy Manager with:

• Experience in a similar role.

• A working knowledge of CQC standards and experience of assisting to meet them.

• The ability to effectively collaborate with third party healthcare professionals.

• Great people skills and the drive to build strong relationships with staff members, residents and their families.

• 
  

• NMC registered nurse with relevant experience - essential.
